This is a mini course and has been designed to be short and sweet to give you a taste of the approach Rebecca takes when working with clients. You should be able to get through the content in about 2 - 3 hours, it's up to you if you do that in 10 minute chunks or longer sessions!

Once signed up the free preview content is yours to access as often as you need for 12 months. If it takes you a day or a month to complete no worries, you have time! We do review student engagement and so inactive accounts (no activity for 6 months) may have access revoked. It is always possible to sign up again to the free content if needed.

No, this mini course is designed as a stand alone product. There is no obligation to go on to sign up to membership or purchase other courses. However it is designed to be a taster for further learning so you may find yourself deciding to take the leap to learn more!
